As I slept in sacrament meeting this week I overheard one of the testimony's, in it she mentioned one of my hometeaches. She mentioned that this particular individual was sick and couldn't make it to church. Who could possibly be more stressed than her I thought and so I decided to make her lunch. Well, actually I made myself lazania and I took a plate of it over to her. I couldn't imagine getting sick right now right before the last week of school and then finals. I hope she gets feeling better soon.
Then as I was sitting there in church I began to think of birthdays, for my birthday the last two years I have felt forgotten a bit. Especially last year, I am not one to announce that it is my birthday but it is still nice to be recognized. I then thought of all the other people in this ward who are alone. Have I been recognizing them in there birthdays. NO! So I am not helping at all, That is when I decided it would be nice to get a balloon or some inexpensive birthday present and start giving them to everyone who has a birthday in our ward. So they know that at least one person in the ward cares enough about them to say happy birthday. Every one wants someone else to care about them.

I'm so glad that you have such a great giving attitude. You're a very good person Ammon and I'm proud to call you my brother. Can't wait until you get back here. We really miss you. Only a couple more weeks. The kids will be SO excited to see you again.
